School musicals directed in your school
We provide experienced directors and musical theatre practitioners to stage a musical with your pupils. It can involve the whole school or selected year groups, and it makes a wonderful Christmas production or a way to mark the end of the year or another big moment in the school calendar.
We provide the scripts, licences, costumes, lights, props and sound, which takes the pressure off your teachers. The children go through a full production process, from auditions and rehearsals right through to performing in front of an audience, and they come away with a real sense of achievement. Along the way they build teamwork and communication skills that carry back into the classroom.
Previous shows have included The Little Mermaid, Annie Kids, The Jungle Book and Aladdin.
How it works
Every project is planned around your dates and needs, but we usually suggest a minimum of ten morning sessions, run once or twice a week. Extra rehearsals can be added to a standard booking if you need them. Our directors keep in close contact with teachers and send a rehearsal plan each week, so you always know which children are needed and when.
